This Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy (hereinafter collectively: the “Privacy Policy”) regulate the manner in which the Company uses the information it collects from the Users on the Website and in connection with them, including within the framework of the services offered on the Website by the Company, such as leaving contact details and the like (hereinafter: the “Services”).
The information set forth below is intended to assist the User in understanding the Company’s privacy protection policy. The Privacy Policy, as detailed below, clarifies the sources through which the Company collects information about the Users on the Website, what information is collected about the Users, the purposes for which the Company collects the information, the uses the Company may make of the information, and how the Company handles and safeguards the information.
The provision of information by the user to the Company is subject to the user’s consent and free will and does not arise from any legal obligation. However, if the user chooses not to provide the information, the Company may be unable to grant access to certain services on the website, including the ability to contact the user, and the like. The information provided by the user will be stored in the Company’s information database, which is owned by the Company, whose details and contact information are as specified in Section 16 of this policy, all for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.
The user hereby declares and undertakes that all information he/she provides and/or updates on the website is true, reliable, and accurate, and that the information is provided in his/her own name and on his/her own behalf only, and not in the name of and/or on behalf of third parties, except in cases as specified in Section 9 below.

This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, and should be understood as referring equally to the feminine form.
What is information?
- In this Privacy Policy, the term "Information" shall have the meaning of "Personal Information" as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law" or "the Information," as applicable), and refers to any information collected by the Company or provided to it by the user or on the user’s behalf, as part of receiving the services.
The sources through which the Company collects information about the User

- Information received by the Company in connection with the use of the website and/or the services offered by the Company, including: (a) via the "Contact Us" form; (b) when the user browses or uses the website and/or services (including by clicking on links sent by email as part of a mailing). In this context, it is clarified that the Company may collect information about the user through the implementation of certain technologies (including pixels and/or cookies and/or dedicated links with a unique identifier operated by the Company’s providers) in mailings sent to the user, if any, including mailings sent to external email accounts provided to the Company, as detailed in Section 3.3 below (hereinafter: "Collection of Information via Mailings"). The information the company collects about the user
- The Company will collect the following information about users (in whole or in part):

The purposes for which the Company collects the information
- The Company collects information about the user for the following purposes, in whole or in part:

Without limiting the generality of the above, it is clarified that the Company collects information through mailings, as detailed in Sections 2.2 and 3.3 above, in order to tailor to the user the mailings sent to them and/or the services and/or products offered to them and/or the advertisements displayed to them on the website and/or in mailings and/or on third-party websites, including to tailor the timing of mailings, their content, subject, and/or appearance. Transfer of the information
- The Company will not transfer or disclose information to third parties except as specified in the Privacy Policy.

- If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that a user has committed an act and/or omission that may harm the Company, its representatives, or any third parties, including other users.
- If a claim is raised or the Company suspects that a user is using the website for the purpose of committing an illegal act and/or to enable, facilitate, assist, and/or encourage the commission of such an act.
- In any case where the Company believes that the provision of information is necessary to prevent harm to the Company, the user, or any third party.
- The Company may transfer information to third parties and/or store information with third parties, as mentioned above, including third parties located in countries where the level of data protection is lower than that under Israeli law. - The Company takes technical and physical measures regarding privacy and information security in accordance with accepted standards. However, it is understood that the storage and transfer of information by electronic means, including over the Internet, can never be completely secure. Limitation of liability

Information retention period

Right to review and correct information
- The right to access and correct personal information is in accordance with the provisions of Sections 13 and 14 of the Law. Applicable law and jurisdiction
- The terms and provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy, as well as any amendments or updates thereto, along with the use of the website, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Jurisdiction over any dispute and/or claim arising in connection with the use of the website and this Privacy Policy, or related matters, is granted exclusively to the courts in Tel Aviv – Jaffa.
Changes and updates
- The Company may, at its sole discretion, change the Privacy Policy from time to time without the need to provide notice or warning. The updated Privacy Policy published on the website shall be binding on the user.
