The Projects
The Altneuland Group has been undertaking construction projects for over three decades and is dedicated to urban renewal and construction across the country, all while preserving the local identity and character of our projects’ surroundings.
We began in iconic Neve Tzedek neighborhood in Tel Aviv and went on to implement dozens of other leading projects in the best locales in Israel. 17 Achva Street, Tel Aviv
This building was constructed in Achva neighborhood, which has become part of Neve Tzedek. The neighborhood’s founders were members of Achva Association, whose aim was to promote reciprocity and living by the principle of “love thy neighbor as thyself”.
19 Achva Street, Tel Aviv
One of the first houses constructed in Tel Aviv, built from calcareous sandstone in 1890 in Neve Tzedek neighborhood. The preserved façades were demolished and rebuilt.
26 Shlush Street, Tel Aviv
The building was constructed in 1930 as a locksmith’s shed and served as the residence of the Schweiger family, who were known as the first locksmiths in Neve Shalem (later renamed Neve Tzedek) neighborhood. The building subsequently became the neighborhood carpentry and cobblery.
33 Shabazi Street, Tel Aviv
Preservation, reinforcement and addition of floors in a historic building constructed in the early 1900s and later used by the Mandatory-era paramilitary organization Irgun as a base of operations during Israel’s War of Independence.
